Thank you for choosing Nexus Surgical International. We are committed to providing reliable international shipping for our surgical instruments and related products.

1. Shipping Origin

All orders are processed and shipped from Sialkot, Pakistan.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to the United States and other international destinations where delivery services are available and shipping has been enabled at checkout.

For destinations not available at checkout, please contact us for a shipping quotation.

3. Order Processing Time

In-stock products are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom-manufactured, OEM, and bulk orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated to the customer.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated express delivery to the United States is 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the courier, destination, and customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before payment.

6. Customs Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other government charges.

Unless explicitly stated as included in the order, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products may legally be imported into their destination country.

7. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, customers will receive shipment tracking information after dispatch.

8. Shipping Delays

Nexus Surgical International is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, courier disruptions, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will assist customers with shipment inquiries whenever possible.

9. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and relevant photographs.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
