1. Returns and Replacements

Customers may request a return or replacement for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.

2. Return Eligibility

Products must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used, contaminated, or sterilized surgical instruments generally cannot be returned, except where required by applicable law.

3. Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued through an agreed available payment method, normally within 7–10 business days after approval. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

4. Return Shipping

For verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Nexus Surgical International will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For other approved returns, shipping costs and any applicable import duties will be discussed before the return is authorized.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch, subject to confirmation.

Customized, OEM, or made-to-order products may have different cancellation conditions, which will be communicated before purchase.

6. International Orders

International returns must be authorized before products are shipped back. Customers should contact us for return instructions and customs documentation.
